Charlotte Jones

Charlotte is an occupational psychologist and organizational development consultant who works with leaders and organizations to deliver change. Drawing on over 23 years of extensive experience in the public and private sectors, she uses her technical and interpersonal skills to advise companies in making the best recruitment, talent management, and promotion decisions. Charlotte works extensively with C-suite clients and in identifying emerging talent with the potential to become future leaders. With international business and development experience, she adapts to context and culture to ensure the best fit solutions for each organization.

She specializes in using psychometrics, inquiry techniques, and coaching to understand culture and to evoke leadership in others. Charlotte has assessed and coached business leaders across a range of industries including banking, utilities, hospitability, food and beverage, and e-commerce. In large public sector organizations, Charlotte assesses and develops leaders and guides change initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Charlotte worked internally as a senior leader and client manager at the Metropolitan Police Service where she assessed and coached senior police leaders, worked on a broad range of organizational learning and development projects, and led culture assessments. She frequently advised the Management Board, headed by the Commissioner, on key leadership and change issues. Her last role at Scotland Yard was as a strategic advisor to the Assistant Commissioner for Specialist Operations, guiding him and his leadership team through significant cultural changes and relationship building in areas such as Counter Terrorism, Royalty Protection, and Diplomatic Protection.

Charlotte lives in Wales with her husband, teenage sons, cats and dog. Living near the Gower, she loves a beach walk and the sound of the sea after a busy day. With her Welsh heritage and a house of boys, she has learnt to enjoy rugby and supports her national team with passion.
