As acoach, Louis' extensive experience in leadership and organization development is foundational to his work. Because individual change occurs within the surrounding organizational system in which clients seek to make change, his goal is to help clients uncover their true motives and make more effective and intentional choices that maximize personal and organizational outcomes.
Louis was the Chief Talent Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2008-2019. Prior to that role he was a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ Talent Management function focusing on leadership development and coaching with the firm’s high potential Senior Vice President population. Before Lehman Brothers, Louis held roles of increasing responsibility in leadership development and learning and development with Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and the Chemical Banking Corporation.
Louis also currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies Human Capital Management Master’s Degree program.
